These terms govern your use of omazic.in. Omazic is a marketplace that introduces property owners and vacation-rental operators; agreements between them are made directly between the parties.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. We verify operators before listing them, but owners should still carry out their own due diligence before signing.
Fees
Owners use Omazic free of charge. Operators pay the subscription shown on the Pricing page plus GST.
Acceptable use
No misleading listings, spam, scraping or attempts to circumvent security. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Liability
Omazic is not a party to agreements between owners and operators and is not responsible for their performance.
